Summary: The room had some minor inconveniences. There were no sheers on the window. There was only a Roman shade which I had to keep closed because the room overlooked active construction. The thermostat didn’t allow you to control the AC independently from the heat. So if the room got too warm it would turn on the AC and blow out cold air instead of just turning off the heat. Lastly there were no towel bars in the bathroom.

Summary: Staff’s great!!! Especially the bar tender! Beautiful and very caring of your experience during her shift. She has a warm spirit and great conversationalist. Summary: I had a slight issue when I checked in, but the hotel Manager has since written me a letter explaining the details of what happened. Also, The gentleman that was on duty, when I checked in moved me to another room and I was happy with that. When I come to Dover Delaware, that’s usually my go to hotel of choice and I’ve had no problems throughout the years.

Summary: The property was on the complete construction. The lobby was being reconstructed. Not only will we not informed about the construction but when I called the hotel to confirm the reservation and make sure that my mother-in-law had an adjacent room, we still were not told about any construction. We were not able to have breakfast as the buffet was feet away from the demolition. Dust flying everywhere. When we woke up the next morning and went downstairs, the front desk was gone and the reception area was in a closet! I do not go to a hotel to have an environment where I don't feel comfortable. We were there visiting in that same hotel with family f*** unfortunately we had to go elsewhere since there was nowhere to sit and have drinks comfortably! The manager was very unprofessional. Had a nasty attitude!!
